How do I change my Pay Per Match accounts username / password / email address?
To change these details you can do so in Edit Login Details.
If you wish to change your profiles details, that can be done in Edit Profile.

How do I cancel or suspend my Bioaffiliate membership?
If you wish to cancel or suspend your Pay Per Match membership go to 'Manage Account' -> 'Actions' -> 'Suspend/Cancel'. Suspending your account puts your account on hold. It can be restored at a later date by logging into the site again. It takes effect immediately. Cancelling your account closes it permanently. Cancelling your account puts it into a queue for 48 hours to be removed. During that time you can cancel the request at anytime if you change your mind, once removed it cannot be restored. Cancelling or suspending your account forfeits any remaining credit you may have on your account.

How do add a digital photo to my Pay Per Match profile?
 You need to have a photo in a format the site supports (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PCX, TGA, BMP, PSD, PCD, GIF*). The image must be under 16 MB for the upload to work.
Go to 'My Photos -> Add Photo' to add a photo to your gallery. Choose the gallery you want to put it in (Public or Private). Browse for the photo on your computer. Hit the 'Add Photo' button and this should load your photo.
If the image is over 800 pixels high or 600 pixels wide the image will be resized to fit those dimensions to ensure optimal viewing by other members.

How do I add a photo if I only have a print photo?
If you only have access to a print photo you can mail us the photo and we will scan it and place it on your profile free of charge*.
Ensure that you put your username / member ID and the site name in the envelope so we know who its for. Also send us photo you have a copy of or don't need as we are unable to return them to you.
We can only put two lots of photos up for free if you are a Trial Member. Unlimited if your are a current Standard / Premium Member. Also please limit the number of photos you send each time to 6 or less.

What content is allowed in the photos I post to my Pay Per Match public gallery?
Photos must be of the person(s) posting the profile. Using other people's images on your profile is a violation of copyright and we will cancel your account if you are found doing so. The photo must contain your face or body at least to be allowed in the public gallery.
Photos cannot depict any sort of violence or illegal activity.
Photos posted to your public gallery are subject to a rating. If your images are rated R then only members who have verified their age on the site can view them in order to comply with the Australian Broadcast Act. (A photo is rated R due to it depicting genitals, sex or a sexual type image.)
No photos on this site are allowed to contain children in them.
Contact details are not permited in your photos, doing so will result in having your account terminated.

How do I use a Pay Per Match Private and R-rated Gallery?
Your Private and R-Rated Gallery enables you to give access to certain photos you don't wish every member on the site see. You give access to your private and R-Rated gallery by checking the appropriate box when sending a message to another member (this option only becomes available once there are photos in your private gallery). To add a photo into your Private and R-rated Gallery go to My Photos -> Add Photo and choose the Private Gallery option or R-Rated option. Anyone can see your Private & R-Rated Gallery if you give them access, this includes Free Trial Members.

How do I remove someone's access to my Private & R-Rated Gallery?
Once you have given access to someone to see your Private & R-Rated Gallery you can revoke that access at any time in two ways. 1) When you send a message to the member you can uncheck the Private R-Rated Gallery access box. 2) You can manage the entire access list to your Private R-Rated Gallery from My Photos -> Private R-Rated Gallery Access. From there you can easily select and remove selected members from that list or remove everyone's access. By default the list is sorted by the date you gave access to the member but it can be changed easily by clicking on the column header you wish to sort by.

How do I change the credit card I am being Auto-Renewed with?
If you want to change the credit card you are Auto-Renewed with, go to Manage Account -> Payment Details. From there you can request to change your credit card details. This will prompt you to enter the card details for you to be billed for your next month's access, which is processed immediately and this card will be used from then on.

What are the costs associated with the site?
Becoming a member is free. This allows you to:

Upgrading your membership starts from $54.00 for 1 months access. Upgrading lets you do these additional things:
Send messages to users on the site.
Gives you priority listing in searches.
Initiate Private Chats with online users (level 1 Membership).

Yes, you can upgrade via money order / cheque and BPAY in addition to our secure online credit card payment system. Details for these payment options are available on the Upgrade Account page.

How do I stop my Pay Per Match account being auto-renewed when im finished with it?
If you don't want your account to be Auto-Renewed go to Pay Per Match Manage Account -> Payment Details. From there you can disable your Auto-Renewal. Please note that disabling your Auto-Renewal means you will no long be eligible for the 30% discount off the regular price and you will need to renew your account manually if you wish to renew at a later date

How do message / Hint / Indecent Proposal alerts work?
To change your alert preferences go to 'Pay Per Match Manage Account' -> 'Manage Alerts & Preferences'. From here you can set your message alert preferences to one of a number of options.
'Send me an alert when someone contacts me.' This will send you an alert when you have 1, 2, 5, 10 or 25 unread messages or hints. You will only get one alert about there being that many contacts waiting until you log in again. After you have logged in after getting an alert you will receive another alert about new contacts if the number of unread winks or messages goes above the limit you set.
'Send me daily summaries' / 'Send me weekly summaries.' This will send you a daily or weekly summery of any unread messages or winks you have.
'No, thanks.' With this option set the site will not email you to let you know you have waiting messages or winks. Go to 'Edit Login Details' on the left of your screen to change the email address you have alerts sent to.

How many messages can a member send?
Only I & II & III Members can initiate message conversations with other members.
III Members can send up to 10 new messages and 25 new winks per day (Replies to messages from other members does not count towards this limit).
II Members can send up to 25 new messages and 50 new winks per day.
I Members can send up to 50 new messages and 75 new winks per day.

What are Hints and Indecent Proposals and how do I use them?
Hints and Indecents Proposal are a way to express your interest or flirt with a member on the site. If you are a Free Trial Member you can send Hints to members who you wish to contact without having to upgrade your membership. The member who receives your Wink can reply back with one of the standard replies to the Hint or Indecent Proposal to let you know if they are interested. If both of you are Trial Members then you can decide if one of you wishes to upgrade their membership to start communicating.

How did someone put some text in the Hint and Indecent Proposal received?
When you send a Hint or Indecent Proposal to someone they can reply with one of the standard responses to indicate if they are interested or not. If you receive a Hint from someone (not a reply to a Hint you sent) then you can reply with one of those standard responses by clicking on the 'Reply' link next to the Hint.

What are Saved Responses?
You can create a saved response to use later to reply to any messages that you may get. As a courtesy, it is hoped that you can reply to as many messages as possible whether its in the positive or negative. By saving common responses, you can choose them later from a drop down list on the view message page to quickly reply to a message.

Yes. Anyone can reply to a message or accept a private chat request.

Millionaires and Models Chat Room
How can I ignore someone in the chat room?
If you wish to ignore someone in the chat room you can put them on your BlockList. To do this, view their profile and click on the Block link. Once a member is on your BlockList, they can no longer send you messages, winks or request chats with you. Their messages in the chat room will no longer appear to you.

What are the chat room system requirements?
This site works best in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and above on the PC and Mac. Netscape 7 / Mozilla and above renders some of the page incorrectly, and is incompatible with the chat room.
If you have Internet security software installed (such as a firewall) this can cause the chat room to not work either. This will present itself as the screen being blank and no text coming up. You will have to disabled that software while you use the site.

Why does the Pay Per Match / Millionaires and Models chat room not work for me?
If the chat screen is blank for you and you use Internet Explorer, it maybe you have your securty settings too high for this site. You can add the chat site to your trusted sites by doing the following:
Go to the 'Tools' -> 'Internet Options' menu item.
Go to the 'Security' tab.
Click on the 'Trusted Sites' option then click on the 'Sites...' button.
Ensure 'Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone is unchecked.

Creating a new saved search after editing your search.
If you have edited the search criteria of this saved search and wish to update the saved search to reflect the new criteria leave this box unchecked. If however you wish to save the new criteria as another saved search, check the box and enter a new name for the search, this will then be added as an additional saved search.

Why does it say my search results are x minutes old?
When you perform a search the results returned are cached for a certain amount of minutes. This allows you to view a consistent set of results even though the results maybe changing. This is particularly important when searching for online users, this result is constantly updated. After a set amount of time a message appears to let you know that the results you are viewing maybe out of date and that you may wish to perform the search again to get the latest results.

Alerts & Preferences
Why can't I hear any sounds playing for the Instant Message Alert?
For Windows users, it is possible if you have .wav files associated with a different media player other than the default for windows (windows media player), the sounds may not work. To check this, open Windows Media Player -> Tools -> Options -> File Types, check the WAV option in the list box.
For Mac / Linux Users it is recommended you have Quicktime installed and associate WAV files with it to ensure sounds will work
